Alpine Baby Gear Cleaning LLC provides professional cleaning and sanitizing services for baby gear, including but not limited to car seats and strollers.

While we take great care during the cleaning process, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odors, mold, discoloration, or damage caused by prior wear, misuse, accidents, age, or manufacturer defects.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding the condition of the item being serviced.

  • Remove personal belongings from equipment before service.

  • Inspect items before and after service.

  • Disclose any known damage, recalls, or safety concerns prior to cleaning.

3. Car Seat Safety Disclaimer

Alpine Baby Gear Cleaning LLC follows manufacturer guidelines whenever possible. However, customers acknowledge that:

  • The Company is not responsible for manufacturer defects, previous damage, expired car seats, recalled products, or improper installation after service.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that car seats are correctly installed and used after cleaning.

  • We do not certify the safety or crashworthiness of any car seat.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse service for unpaid balances or canceled payments.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpine Baby Gear Cleaning LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to items.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Manufacturer defects.

  • Loss of use of equipment.

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the service provided.

7. Satisfaction Policy

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns at our discretion.
